The Registrar’s Office would like to inform students about the graduation review process for the Academic Year 2026.
To ensure a smooth, accurate, and compliant review process, students who are expected to graduate are required to proactively check their eligibility and complete all required steps as instructed below.
1. Graduation Eligibility
Students are eligible for graduation consideration if they meet all of the following requirements:
- Complete all required credits of the academic program
- Fulfill English proficiency and VinCore requirements
- Have no courses with “Incomplete (I)” status
- Achieve a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00/4.00
- Have no disciplinary violations at the level of suspension or higher
- Fulfill all academic and financial obligations to the University
2. Graduation Review Process
The graduation review process is conducted at two levels:
- College Level: Review and verify students’ eligibility for graduation
- University Level: Final validation and approval of the graduation list
Official graduation results will be announced after all review and approval procedures are completed.
Note:
Students must complete the full graduation review process and obtain official approval at the University Level before being recognized as graduates.
No Temporary Graduation Confirmation Letter will be issued prior to the completion of the University-level final validation and approval.

Students must strictly follow the timeline, especially the application period (06 Apr – 06 May 2026) to be considered for graduation.
4. Graduation Application
Students who are expected to graduate are required to complete the following steps:

- Log in using your University-issued email
- Carefully review all personal and academic information
- Students are responsible for data accuracy
- For self-designed concentration/minor, students are required to obtain and submit official approval from the Program Director.
5. Important Notes
- Students must complete all steps on time
- Late or incomplete applications will be moved to the next graduation cycle (2027)
