1. Academic Programs & Registration

2. Credit & Academic Standing
Yes, if the course content and learning outcomes are deemed equivalent.
Based on GPA and progression status, as outlined in the academic regulations.
Typically, 15 credits per semester. Approval is needed for overloads.
3. Academic Integrity
Violations are classified into Tiers 1–4 with increasing penalties, from verbal warning to suspension or dismissal.
Minor or unintentional offenses (e.g., poor citation) – verbal warning only.
Intentional or repeated misconduct – may result in zero grade for assignment or exam.
Serious or repeated offenses – may result in course failure or suspension.
Severe misconduct (e.g., impersonation, cheating in exams) may lead to dismissal or revocation of a degree.

Yes, from Tier 2 and above, the cases are recorded in the Registrar’s system.
4. Graduation & Degree Conferral
Includes student review, department and university-level evaluation, and final approval by the Provost.
From March to August: student review, transcript check, program board evaluation, decision issuance, and certificate printing.
Yes, after graduation is approved, a provisional certificate may be issued upon request.
Registrar retains all graduation documents for the legally required duration.
5. Master’s Programs
Regulations differ for research and application-oriented tracks, with requirements for philosophy, English proficiency, and thesis/project.
Within one month after the official decision on graduation is released.
Includes transcripts, thesis, defense reports, and are retained for at least 5 years.
