Room bookings

Classroom Usage

All classrooms are assigned for teaching purposes throughout the semester. Staff members who wish to use a classroom outside scheduled teaching hours must contact the Registrar’s Office directly. The Registrar team will check availability and confirm the booking. Only after receiving confirmation should the booking be made on Outlook.

Student Usage

Students are not permitted to independently use or book classrooms (except for study spaces in the Library).

If students wish to organize an event or session that requires a classroom, a staff member must take responsibility and submit the booking on their behalf:

  • College-related student events: Contact your Academic Assistant.
  • Club or student-led activities: Contact the Student Affairs Management (SAM).

This process ensures fair and efficient use of classroom spaces across the university.
